perfumes and so many other pleasant sensations.

the Aragonese castle, we stop in the wonderful Baia delle Orte. Then off to the easternmost point of Italy with
its majestic Faro della Palascìa. During the navigation we pass Torre Sant'Emiliano where we stop near its
islet. The route will then take us to a wonderful inlet in Porto Badisco. If you choose the full day tour, you
will continue towards Porto Miggiano until you reach the spectacular sea caves of Castro: Grotta Romanelli and
the famous Grotta della Zinzulusa.
During navigation, the skipper will be happy to impart sailing knowledge on all aspects of conducting at sea and
welcome your collaboration if you wish to take the helm and take part in the sailing manoeuvres!

Professional Home Chef
A Professional Private Chef is an occupation halfway between a starred chef and a catering service. Unlike the
latter, they prepare and take care of the whole event, directly at your holiday home or in a selected location.
The Chef will take care of the shopping, the mise en place (all the details in the dining room) agreeing on the
menu directly with the guests who, if they wish so, can assist in the preparation of the dishes thus enriching
their knowledge of local cuisine.
It is therefore a fascinating culinary service that responds to every guest’ s needs and wishes, thus proceeding
onto an experiential path together, where the final tasting of the dishes prepared is just one of its many
aspects. Indeed, the quality of the products carefully selected with high professional standards is an added
value, in full respect of the territory, the seasons, local and traditional principles, as well as nutritional
values.
After your booking confirmation, you will get in touch with the Chef for all details on the courses of your
meal. They will be at your entire disposal during the evening and you will also be able to assist in the
preparation, plating and garnishing. They will be enthusiastic to tell you stories about local products and
provide you with some tricks of the trade. And of course, some surprises are to be expected, tasty off-menu
options with typical products of our land, offered by the Chef,.
