From the living room a corridor leads to a comfortable double bed and to the bathroom which is equipped for disabled people. The two floors are also connected by an internal staircase. This first construction features: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, outdoor kitchen and living room, sleeps up to 11 guests. Following the alley pass the villa though the nice garden we arrive at the enchanting swimming pool, embellished with stone floors, lawn and equipped with deckchairs, tables, chairs, umbrellas. Here is a little shack with two fridges, a bathroom and shower. The swimming pool, of excellent dimensions, has a characteristic side staircase and gives you the possibility to change the color of underwater lights. Leaving the pool area and continuing on the alley, passing some typical Indian figs and various local plants. At the end of the alley you arrive at the second building. On the side you have a big space covered with a wooden roof and a big wooden table and huge BBQ to grill for all your party. Once inside the house you will be standing in the large living room, equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with table and chairs, a sitting area with a double bed and one single bed. There we have a well furnished double room with a double bed and one single sofa bed with a window overlooking the garden; a bathroom with a shower and services. This house has 5 beds total, bringing the maximum capacity of the structure to 16 guests. Note that there are 3 areas with independent entrances and their own services, which can be considered as areas for 3 distinct groups (upper floor, ground floor, outbuilding). This property is an excellent choice to regenerate in a comfortable location, beautiful and well maintained, having only a 10-minute drive to the beautiful white sand beaches (Baia Verde, Punta della Suina, Rivabella, Padula Bianca and others) and particular stretches of rocky coast. Moreover, the charming baroque Lecce and a myriad of features to explore, are easily and quickly reachable by car.
This beautiful property, being near the Gallipoli-Lecce road, benefits from it for travel. You will reach the vital Gallipoli in just 10 minutes by car. At the same distance you will have dreamy sandy beaches: Punta Della Suina, Baia Verde, Rivabella, Padula Bianca etc. Always equidistant from the fascinating rocky coasts.
