A beautiful estate, perfect for group holidays, in the fine setting of the Otranto countryside. The two villas, which are rented exclusively to a single group, share a regenerating swimming pool, located between them, in the center of the property. The body of water measures 8x3m with a comfortable depth of 1.3m. The buildings are new, beautiful and characteristic. The large villa is ideal for space independence. In fact, it has 4 excellent equipped verandas (kitchen, support surface, table, chairs and sofas), of which 1 is larger, for any communal lunches or dinners. Even internally the house was designed as 4 units, each equipped with everything needed. We therefore have: 2 bedrooms with double bed and single bed in each, 3 others with double beds. There are also 5 beautiful complete bathrooms, as all rooms are equipped with bathrooms. Two of the double bedrooms have a communication door between them, as well as external access (external access is common to all, as is the air conditioning and the TV). Going towards the swimming pool area and in an opposite position to the large villa, the second building was built, which is also charming. This villa has a large covered patio, a solarium area, a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen, various furniture and a beautiful stone vault. Next to it we notice the double bedroom with direct access to the patio and a bright, perfectly equipped bathroom. The ceiling here is wonderful too. The estate is just on the outskirts of Otranto, therefore simultaneously close to the sea and with a swimming pool. It is accessed from two entrances, on as many streets. The surrounding countryside is beautiful, a natural setting in which to live magical experiences. Just in Otranto and to the north of the town, you will find exceptional beaches such as: central Otrantine beaches, Atlantis, Baia dei Turchi and the famous Alimini with the 2 natural salt lakes. Services, clubs, shops and walking streets are immediately in the Pearl of the Adriatic, where you will be enchanted by the narrow streets of the historic centre, which starting from the imposing castle, reach the romantic seafront.
