You will therefore be far from stress, but close to an enchanting coastline and other typical villages of the region. Enjoying an elevated position, this imposing holiday villa enjoys breathtaking views of the Salentine countryside, which you will enjoy especially from the 2 ensuite bedrooms on the first floor. Its style, simple and majestic at the same time, makes optimal use of the difference in the land level and its exposure to the sun, enriching them to the maximum (the garden and the outdoor spaces are on several levels and the pool enjoys a fantastic exposure, in addition to preserving your privacy). Past the gate, you will find several parking spaces. Here, a small ramp leads to the pool and a stone staircase to the main entrance. The pool is of considerable size, elegantly shaped, with its two semicircles highlighting the areas of different depth (the further, with a metal ladder, shows the deep part, while the closer, with a stone staircase, forms the lower part, suitable for the less experienced). Particularity of absolute aesthetic value, safety and comfort, the position of the pool below, facing the terrace adjoining the living room. Thus, from the latter and from the living room, you can quietly observe young swimmers, perhaps while attending to a tasty lunch, prepared with local products. In the furnished outdoor area, in addition to various tables and chairs (which can accommodate all residents), there is a large barbecue with stone oven, ideal for grilling, or may to try and bake your own pizzas. The ground floor of the villa consists of a living room, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen and 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The room is really large and the view very pleasant through the two large bay windows which open onto the terrace. The room is made up of a comfort area with several sofas and the dining room with a very large table. From there, a main hallway provides access to the various rooms and a staircase leads upstairs. Still on the ground floor, the kitchen is organized in a practical and functional way, with gas stove, fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and everything you'll need to cook and bake. The rooms are extremely comfortable, spacious, and each of them has independent access to the outside. Each bedroom consists of a comfortable queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, a minibar and a bathroom (with shower or bathtub). Some bedrooms are also equipped with an additional single bed, so that residents can organize themselves as they wish, under the sign of a pleasant holiday. The two bedrooms on the first floor are fantastic. In addition to well-kept furniture, a complete bathroom and all the comforts, each offers a large private terrace, furnished with table, chairs, parasol, and a panorama as far as the eye can see over the charming Salentine countryside, as well as on the pool below. One of these two suites communicates with a single room. Also useful and beautiful is the large tavern, recently refurbished, with a stone fireplace, kitchen, double bed and a bathroom.
