The villa is located in the countryside, between Maglie and Otranto, and offers a beautiful view of the greenery and the horizon, which you can enjoy both from the back of the garden and from the large terrace. While enjoying privacy and relaxation, you can immediately reach Otranto and the large beaches that stretch to the north. A beautiful entrance opens onto the land of approximately 3700 m², all fenced (the perimeter walls are high at the front and on the sides, and low at the rear). The design of the exteriors makes the large spaces perfectly habitable (to enjoy your meals outdoors). Indeed the covered terraces are equipped and overlook a large and soft lawn on which float palm trees, lemon trees and various plants. In these spaces, the night lighting makes the atmosphere absolutely magical. Here there is a covered gazzebo with outdoor kitchen, facing the swimming pool. A second belvedere with piano bar adjoins the water, perfect for preparing a good drink, to be enjoyed lying in the sun or in the magnificent large swimming pool. The latter, equipped with a panoramic water slide, measures a good 14x6m with a depth varying from 1 to 1.4m. The swimming pool area, for exclusive use, is enriched with umbrellas and deckchairs by the pool. Let's move on to the interiors. A useful feature of the building is the independence of the spaces. This makes it particularly suitable for all types of residents (couples, families, groups of friends). In fact, we have 5 bedrooms, with many complete bathrooms with services, in 3 of them we notice a welcoming hydromassage shower cabin, a fourth bathroom has a large bathtub and serves 2 bedrooms. The 5 bedrooms have different entrances, three from the outside and two from the entrance hall (they form a separate nucleus, a mini-apartment with its own services). Each resident can thus move independently, without disturbing the common areas. The rooms are all double and have many comforts (TV, air conditioning) as well as nice furniture. In one, more spacious, there are also 2 single beds and a fireplace. A very large living room is accessible both from the main entrance and from the side entrance. It consists of several areas: the island with the kitchen (raised above the rest and equipped with everything you need), the dining room (with two comfortable tables with chairs), the part with the living room (here we also have a flat screen television and a fireplace) and a particular old carambola, not very big, but amusing. From the living room you arrive in a fifth shared bathroom with services only. In the large living room it is possible to place additional beds on request. An interior access staircase leads to the small laundry room (washing machine, sink) which anticipates a large terrace. Hot water is produced with solar thermal. Wi-fi, parking, pets allowed complete the list of many facilities offered by the residence.

You are about 2 km from the centre of Muro Leccese where you can visit Piazza del Popolo, the church and the convent of the Dominicans. Here you will also find all the main services offered by the Municipality of Salento. It will take you about 10 minutes by car to Otranto, the pearl of the Adriatic, where you can visit the architectural beauties of the historic centre, take long walks or stop for a meal in one of the many bars in the centre. The nearest beaches are located just north of Otranto, the Alimini beach and lakes and the famous Baia dei Turchi, to name but a few. Many wonderful seaside destinations can be reached in about 20 minutes by car: Santa Cesarea Terme with its thermal waters, Castro, beautiful both in the coastal part and in the ancient medieval town. Not far away are also: the beautiful San Foca (from where to leave for fun boat trips on the coast), Torre Dell'Orso sparkling in the evening and equipped with many games for children in the "Giardini del Sole" complex, Roca in to observe one of the most beautiful natural pools in Italy. Lecce, the capital of Salento, is located about 35 km further north. Here you will be amazed by the beauty of Baroque architecture, in which the Church of Santa Croce stands out, where this art, reaching one of its highest expressions, has created breathtaking beauty.
