The farmhouse with large a pool is absolutely a gem. It is located in the middle of an idyllic garden of over 8 acres with lawn, olive trees, different types of palm trees and colourful flowers. The magnificent garden has a variety of special plants and flowers that you find along the ways and paths and in the flower beds. Entering the Property through a gate framed by two Stone columns the property develops on two levels. On the right side in a slightly elevated position of the main house with adjoining garden. From here you can enjoy the breathtaking views. To the left is the beautiful pool area. Let's look at the composition in detail. You arrive to the pool area through the garden or over a stone staircase which belongs to the main house. The pool has a good size with a maximum depth of 2,40m, a Roman steps and is surrounded by a mosaic floor. The pool areas is equipped with umbrellas and sun beds and invites you to swim and relax. Outside the pool area is the large well-kept garden, with soft English lawn extending to the surrounding olive groves where we find the next surprise. You enter the central Building directly from the entrance gate; Here you find yourself immediately back in a beautiful relaxation area. You can find outdoor furniture, like in an outdoor living room. A perfect Spot to read a book, enjoy a drink or simply unwind in absolute peace and in harmony with the nature of Salento. To the right we see carports with a wooden roof. We come now to the core of the structure which is divided by a garden and separated by a wall into 2 parts. Here you can enjoy your meal under the open sky. Not just the outside but as well the inside are planned and designed into the smallest details. We find a large living area of approx 50sqm. In the niches we can find statues and sculptures and paintings on the walls. The room is furnished with a large wooden table and chairs, various pieces of furniture and an ultra-slim 42" inch plasma TV. On request, we can also add an extra bed to this space. Through the living room we enter the kitchen which is fully equipped. The kitchen has a big work table in stainless steel, a large fridge freezer and a pantry. Let's move on to the bedroom equipped with everything you need. 2 bathrooms, one with shower and toilet and one fitted only with clear in toilet. The second part of the complex is composed of 2 Trullo with its characteristic stone walls. Inside each of the Trullos we have a bedroom and a Bathroom with shower and toilet. All rooms are equipped with air-condition.
