The brand new kitchen is equipped with induction cooktop, electric oven and microwave oven. The room looks rearward onto the water mirror and is furnished with furniture in shades of gray, conveying a very high sense of elegance and modernity. The living room leads to the first double bedroom with TV and the comfortable full bathroom with shower stall. Also from here, through a hallway, equipped with air conditioning, we reach the sleeping area, consisting of two bedrooms (sleeps 2 and 4), one double and the other double and with bunk beds. The latter presents independent exit to the pool. All rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs. In the sleeping area, there is also a second bathroom with shower stall and Swedish infrared sauna, useful for keeping fit on vacation. Enchanting is the exterior, equipped with every comfort for a relaxing stay in the peaceful quiet of the genuine Apulian countryside. Laterally to the villa, in fact, an area welcomes the barbecue fireplace with sink and stone benches on both sides, convenient during barbecues among friends. The area is anticipated by the stunning heated hot tub, ideal for a restorative bath. Next to the barbecue area stretches the large covered back veranda, a prelude to the precious swimming pool, set in a raised position and bordered with typical tumbled chianche. Since the pool is elevated above the sloping ground, bathing provides an egregious view of the fields. The entire surrounding area is equipped with umbrellas and deck chairs, great for a siesta after taking a refreshing dip. Please note: of the villa, the upper part described above is rented out.
