A holiday Masseria where you can immerse yourself in the atmosphere of times gone by, of serene rural life. After passing the first gate, the avenue is lined with lawn, various plants and trees, with several private parking spaces at the service of residents. The second gate protects a large, beautiful, entirely paved courtyard, perfect as an area with convivial privacy and certainly also appreciated by parents, who can let their children play peacefully. Most of the rooms have access to it. The rooms are exceptional, some with charming vaulted ceilings and all equipped with their own comfortable bathroom (complete with large glass shower, sink and amenities). They faithfully recreate ancient homes, improved by modern comforts (air conditioning, TV, WiFi internet, minibar, safe) and have names deriving from Ancient Greek. The first bedroom has a double bed with canopy and a comfortable 2-seater sofa bed (with 18cm mattress). In it, ancient mangers have been restored and highlighted with bright LEDs. These applications also enhance the furnishings of the other suites. The second bedroom is also a "dive into the past" with restored or re-created antique furniture. The comfort of the double bed is excellent. The third and fourth bedrooms, both double, also access the internal courtyard. Then there is a fine apartment, consisting of 3 large rooms with fine barrel ceilings and 2 bathrooms. We therefore have a perfectly equipped eat-in kitchen with island (induction hob, oven, TV), living room (with lounge, 2-seater sofa bed, table and large television) with service bathroom, 2-seater bedroom with TV and en suite bathroom ( equipped with hydromassage column) and small walk-in closet room. The 3 rooms all access both the courtyard and, on the opposite side, the large veranda overlooking the swimming pool. The sixth bedroom has access from the veranda. It has an enchanting vaulted ceiling with excellent stone details and a beautiful ancient "chianche" floor. For sleeping: excellent double bed and single sofa bed, as comfortable as the sofas previously described. The second area "protected" by high perimeter walls is the swimming pool area. Perfect to be enjoyed by groups who know each other, it features a huge covered veranda (140m2) and areas with soft lawn that embrace the large swimming pool. It is beautiful, made of osmotic concrete and equipped with a scenic blade of water that flows from a country boulder. The body of water has a "bath" area and access stairs. The depth is fixed at 1.4m. Next to the swimming pool there is a relaxation gazebo. A unique residence capable of thrilling holidaymakers by caressing them with the slow life of the heel of Italy.

NEARBY
We are in the beating heart of Greçia Salentina, the land where "Griko" was spoken, as in "Griko" are the names of the rooms: Alai (oil), Nerò (water), Crasì (wine).. In this area pizzica was also born, the celebration of which is the famous Notte Della Taranta. An area rich in history and culture, both in its environments and in its people. Even in the kitchen, the many nearby restaurants/farmhouses/taverns are highly appreciated. The beautiful Martano or the charming Calimera are very close and are ideal for an aperitif or a walk in the historic center. Lecce is just 20 minutes away by car with the dazzling beauty of the ancient Baroque that characterizes its architecture and monuments. The sea here is a spectacle. Torre Dell'Orso, San Foca, Le Alimini with the two lakes, Roca Vecchia, Torre Specchia Ruggieri, Otranto, are exceptional destinations that can be reached quickly by car. In them you will find pristine beaches bathed by crystal clear waters, areas with low rocks and wonderful views. Also beautiful for going out in the evening.
