The house is situated between Porto Cesareo and Sant'Isidoro, on a picturesque stretch of the Ionian Salento, about 150m from the beach (Marine Protected Area), where celebrities such as singer-songwriter Lucio Battisti and lyricist Mogol loved to vacation. The villa has two entrances. The large outdoor area is surrounded by high walls which guarantee absolute privacy. Through the gate, past the paved way lined with tall pines is the garden that surrounds the house and covers almost all of the outdoor space that surrounds the house. It consists of palm trees, myrtles, various trees and vegetation typical of the Mediterranean maquis, as well as 2 varieties of fig trees, along with various flowers and ornamental plants. At the back, there is a large covered terrace of around 90m² supported by beautiful pillars and equipped with a large wooden table, a barbecue and a stone oven. The house is structured on two levels and has two entrances, front and back. On the ground floor, through the main entrance, is the large and charming living room with beautiful furniture (living room, round glass table, 47" flat screen TV, sideboards, paintings, etc.). The living room leads to a toilet room and to the kitchen (adjoining the rear terrace). The kitchen is divided in two: on the right, the stove and dishwasher, on the left, a kitchen fully equipped with oven and refrigerator. The kitchen then leads to the garden. Back into the living room, a beautiful marble staircase leads to the upper floor where the large hallway, which constitutes a pretty living room equipped with wicker furniture and a 42" flat screen TV, distributes all 4 beautiful and comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (two of which, equipped with a hydromassage shower, are actually separated: toilets on one part and shower in the bedroom itself). Two of the bedrooms offer a balcony, one has a beautiful terrace with a sea view to the east, and of course over the garden and the surrounding countryside. The last bedroom has no balcony or terrace but is very nice nonetheless. Finally, two of the bedrooms have an additional single bed. From the upper floor, you also can access a lovely terrace with 2 deckchairs. This large villa is perfect for large families and groups of up to 12 people.
