The main gate announces an enchanting and green landscape. There you will find a swing, a hammock, various relaxation areas and some swings for the little ones. For the pleasure of the younger, but also for the relaxation of the grown-ups, the villa has a small pool on the side with an area equipped with deckchairs, where you can sip a cool drink without losing sight of your children while they play in the water. At the front, the beautiful covered veranda will offer you precious moments of conviviality with your fellow travelers. Here, a large table, suitable for outdoor meals, dominates the scene, but there are also sofas, armchairs and a flat screen TV to brighten up your evenings. At the back of the garden, there are 2 bathrooms with toilets and washbasins; 3 showers, two of which are closed by a partition; a covered space that serves as a laundry room with washing machine. Inside, two entrances lead to the elegant living room, furnished with a television and sofas (one of which becomes a double bed) and to the small equipped kitchen, which also overlooks the courtyard. A small corridor, decorated with a mirror and two armchairs, precedes the sleeping area, with its two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The upper floor has three bedrooms, two doubles and one with two singles. The largest also offer a baby bed and air conditioning, and another shower room. From the hallway, you have access to the large balcony that surrounds the entire upper level, with a panoramic view on the garden. A few details of comfort provided by the attentive owners, such as mosquito nets in all the rooms, fans and a vacuum cleaner, will offer you a pleasant vacation. The villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and is ideal for large groups or several families. As it is possible to add single beds in some of the rooms, as well as the sofa bed in the living room, it has a maximum capacity of 16 beddings and a baby bed.

Only 300 metres, that is a 5 minutes' walk, from the large sandy beach of Spiaggiabella, marina of Lecce. The area actually includes the Regional Natural Park called "Bosco e Paludi di Rauccio". In the nearby Torre Chianca (only 3 km away) you will find all the main services (bars, restaurants, tobacconists, drugstores). In Frigole (also very close and inhabited all year long) you can enjoy tasty dinners in several excellent fish and meat restaurants. To the north, after a drive of about five minutes, you will arrive in Casalabate: on Sunday mornings, we strongly advise you to go to the market. They have excellent local products and a simple walk along the large seafront promenade will give you a state of the leccesi way of leisure life. Lecce is only 9 km away.
